Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager to be responsible for leading a team of SMEs focused on the delivery of critical provisioning and compliance related tasks, delivering these services to defined service level agreements.
The role will involve leading, coaching and motivating a team of technical analysts in a team,  focused on delivery of key services within defined service level agreements.  The focus will be on proactively improving the end to end experience for customers and colleagues in the organisation.
  • Effectively manage senior stakeholders, ensuring all queries and escalations are handled.
  • Provide end to end assurance of coverage across all Identity & Access Management (I&AM) control areas for managed applications and supporting Infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance to SOX, ITEC and other internal standards are maintained whilst building relationships with IT Risk, SOX and Audit partners.
  • Identify, escalate and proactively manage risks to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience of working in an Identity & Access Management or IT Security function.
  • A good understanding of Active Directory, Windows O/S and Cloud Environment either in a management or technical capacity.
  • Significant experience in leading, coaching and motivating a team of technical staff, allocating resources to tasks, balancing priorities and ensuring adherence to standards and cost constraints.
  • Significant experience of managing large tasks or projects with excellent stakeholder management skills. Project management experience may be useful.
  • Capability to identify technical risks, articulate the associated IT costs and business impacts, and propose options for resolution.
  • Strong Quality / Service Focus with ITIL experience.
  • Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and solution implementation.
  • Ability to operate and influence in a complex, large scale and diverse environment.
