We are seeking a highly skilled Red Teaming Contractor to join a client of ours in financial services team for a year-long engagement. This role is critical in enhancing the security measures and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Job Description
As a Red Teaming Contractor, you will leverage your expertise to simulate real-world attacks and assess our security defences. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating red teaming activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive red teaming exercises to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute red teaming strategies and scenarios.
- Coordinate red teaming activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure that red teaming activities align with these standards.
- Provide detailed reports on findings, including risk assessments and recommendations for remediation.
- Stay current with emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity to inform red teaming approaches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in red teaming, with a strong understanding of attack methodologies.
- Background in CBEST or equivalent frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CCRTS etc.) are a plus.
