ROLE SUMMARY

We need someone who is ready to help move our resourcing function to the next level. We are a small friendly team and therefore cultural fit is key for us, we need someone who can work as part of that team but also manage the fast paced, multi tasking environment. A keen eye for IT systems and organisation is desired.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving the end to end recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels through to placement.
  • Build talent pools across all forms of social media and internal/external networks.
  • Create and post adverts, manage applications and conduct initial screening.
  • Utilise social media and creative sourcing resources to aggressively target top active and passive talent throughout the industry.
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the firm, representing the firm across all sourcing channels including social media, database and recommendation and referral campaigns.
  • Assist with any onboarding duties as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in an agency or in-house recruitment role
  • Strong resourcing skills using a number of different means, LinkedIn, Headhunting, Job boards.
  • Experience resourcing contract roles would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of recent changes in IR35 legislation would be an advantage.
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks within given timescales.
  • Demonstrated success with building a passive pool of candidates.
  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, confident telephone manner for candidate screening and conference calls.
  • Ability to pick up new systems easily, accustomed to working digitally using different systems.
