Programme Director
(Inside IR35 - 12-Month Contract - Hybrid Working London)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Director to join our team for a 12-month contract inside IR35. As the Programme Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a transformation programme of work, with a specific focus on cyber remediation as a pillar. You will be responsible for the overarching management and successful delivery of this critical programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the transformation programme, ensuring the successful delivery of the cyber remediation pillar and overall programme objectives.
- Define the strategic direction and roadmap for the programme, aligning it with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and ensuring their alignment with the programme's vision.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the programme, including budget management and cost control, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Director or in a similar leadership role, overseeing complex transformation programmes within the cyber security domain.
- Strong understanding of cyber remediation and related technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale programmes on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve common goals.
