Role overview:
We currently have a requirement for Project Managers for a contact role within the Network Functions Team of one of the top names in Financial Services.
Our client is seeking a team of skilled and experienced Project Managers to join the Network Functions Team and Extensive Experience in Network Security is essential.
Start Date: Jan 2025
Term: TBC
Location: Hybrid with Sheffield or Edinburgh (2 days per week).
Role Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED (but not limited to):
- Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering Security/Technical projects from concept, through design, to delivery and service transition/benefit realisation.
- End to end delivery experience.
- Ability to develop full scale project plans: leading the planning, base lining, execution, and reporting.
- Ability to articulate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals, and deliverables adhering to established IT governance model, plan, and scheduled project timelines.
- An ability to track and maintain project progress toward meeting its objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, including working with highly effective cross-functional teams.
- Experience and understanding of the Cyber Security landscape and influence on prioritisation of project deliverables with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple stakeholders with differing interests/drivers.
- Experience defining policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of relevant information security/Cybersecurity Frameworks.
- Ability to quickly adapt to external influences that may dramatically change project direction.
- Recent experience working in Financial Services is essential.
- Extensive experience in Network Security is essential.
