Enterprise IAM Architect - UK wide

• Own end-to-end solution design and produce Solution Design Documents aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop new architecture patterns and sign off on key design decisions, deviations, and technical risks.
• Translate Agentic AI Identity and Access requirements into secure, efficient architectures.
• Present solutions at design authorities and to senior stakeholders.
• Provide technical thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven security solutions.
• Ensure governance compliance, including AI governance frameworks (e.g., AIRCo).

• Policy-driven Access Control

• Proven ability to design IAM solutions for agentic AI platforms.
• Broad IT background with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in enterprise and solution architecture interlock.
• Hands-on experience in operational and transformation cybersecurity roles.
• Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, and large-scale IT transformation programmes.

• Proficiency in BizzDesign, Archi, or UML for high-level designs.
• Expertise in Jira for project/task management and Confluence for documentation.

• Working knowledge of LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
• Understanding of AI safety and governance principles.

Contract will be inside IR35.  Successful candidates will be required to work in client's office 3 days per week.  This can be a choice of Edinburgh/Sheffield/Manchester/Birmingham
