Cyber Security Project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED (but not limited to):

• Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering Security / Technical projects from concept, through design, to delivery and service transition / benefit realisation.
• End to end delivery experience.
• Ability to develop full scale project plans: leading the planning, base lining, execution, and reporting.
• Ability to articulate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals and deliverables adhering to established IT governance model, plan, and scheduled project timelines.
• An ability to track and maintain project progress toward meeting its objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, including working with highly effective cross-functional teams.
• Experience and understanding of the Cyber Security landscape and influence on prioritisation of project deliverables with teams and stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple stakeholders with differing interests/drivers.
• Experience defining policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of relevant information security/Cybersecurity Frameworks.
• Ability to quickly adapt to external influences that may dramatically change project direction.
• Recent experience working in Financial Services.
