Summary
We are continuing to grow and are looking for a Client Account Manager to help us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

We are looking for someone with the drive to establish and maintain client relationships predominately in the financial services industry.
A key outcome of this role is to better understand our client’s landscape. By doing this we will ensure we understand their needs, problem areas and plans, whilst identifying opportunities for growth or cross selling.
The Client Account Manager will be the primary point of contact with the client, but will liaise closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and the Talent Acquisition team. The person will be comfortable dealing with a dynamic and ever-changing environment and priorities. Our consultancy offerings require to be tailored to the client and the Client Account Manager will understand how these can help our clients achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Manage day to day activities related to the client account. Escalating issues with the required team and resolving in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand client needs, objectives and challenges. Collaborate with clients to develop customised solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify opportunities for up selling or cross selling.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide an update on their account with iconfidential, address concerns and gather feedback. Ensure timely responses to client enquires and requests.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of i-confidential’s offerings to be able to convey their value to clients. Understand how these services can directly benefit the client.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions, share insights with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process with existing client accounts.
  • Maintain the CRM database and prepare and present regular reports on account management KPIs.
What can you bring to the role
  • Previous account management experience handling various client accounts, ideally in the financial services or IT industry.
  • Strong track record of building strong trust based relationships.
  • Professional manner with excellent social skills, ability to read and understand verbal and nonverbal communication in others.
  • Client centric approach always putting the client needs and satisfaction first.
  • Good awareness of your behaviour style and how to interact with others of a different style.
  • A good track record in providing value to client accounts and a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and enjoys presenting and maintain data.
  • Highly responsive and reliable, making yourself available at short notice when required.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, good networking ability to all levels.
  • A problem solver who can handle stress and navigate their way to a successful outcome.
  • Strong focus on team working, both asking for help and listening to others.
  • Some industry background in cyber or technology would help.
  • Proficient with software and tools, such as CRM databases.
  • Goal orientated and able to effectively execute and deliver action plans and account goals.
