We are looking for a Business Change Manager to work on a high-profile change programme with our Financial Services client. The programme will enhance the technology risk and control capability within the programme, in particular the Risk Owner and User Experience
The programme's aim is to oversee a mindset change in people and culture, so any evidence of working in a similar role is required.
"Soft Skills" are key to this role. We are looking for someone who can understand the target audience, how people take on board change, deciding on the appropriate methods of conveying this and has the ability to tailor solutions to different parts of the target audience.
Applicants will know about cultural buy-in, process change, business change frameworks (ADKAR as an example).
The role requires a Change Manager who is focused and delivery oriented, with experience in the Financial Services sector.
Applicants must have excellent Stakeholder Management, Communication and Team Building skills, as well as a positive and proactive approach.
