ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Analysts will be working as part of the Operational Resilience Programme, they will aid the delivery of the Operational Resilience Regulation service.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience working in financial services, ideally within large programmes.
- Previous experience within an Operational Resilience programme desirable but not essential.
- We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the following: Data Pillar, Scenario Testing, Remediation Planning, Target Operating Model.
- Ability to gather, prioritise and translate business requirements into clear Epics/User Stories
- Excellent strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
