We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience of SOx controls and audit deficiencies
The role will be working with Workstream Leads to provide documented analysis of the gaps in the current controls and processes.
- Consolidate analysis into a documented approach/plan to address the root causes of the control deficiency
- Lead workshops, document business processes and identify gaps
- Contribute to delivery artefacts, including development of scope and plan, and materials for control remediation
- Contribute to project Working groups, workshops and other governance forums as needed
- Provide evidence that “user experience” has been catered for in all projects in scope.
Skills Required
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong audit background
- Methodical and very well organised self-starter, can take a complex subject and distil into clear messaging to support end users
- Experience/evidence of working in a risk/controls environment
- Financial services/banking sector
- SOx controls
- Excellent communicator with the ability to take high level requirements and create a suite of low-level requirements
