ROLE SUMMARY
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to work within the Operational Resilience Remediation Team of a leading name in the financial services sector.
This role is a key part of the Operational Resilience Programme which is working on identifying remediation items, ensuring appropriate solutions are developed and delivered, and that the relevant funding is secured.
KEY TASKS:
- Work with SMEs to identify, document and articulate solutions.
- Owning end to end delivery of project deliverables.
- Working with PM’s to track progress, prioritise and manage risks.
KEY SKILLS:
- Proficient and experienced Business Analyst
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Track record of delivery
- Great written and communication skills
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
- Understanding of the Operational Resilience Regulations
- Advanced MS Office 365 application
- Recent financial services experience
- Operational or Technical Resilience project experience
The role is hybrid working, 2 days required per week in a client office in Leeds or London. Contract will be inside IR35.
