We are recruiting for an exciting new role for a Project Manager working within a new initiative with a leading name in the retail banking sector.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be working on a new Backup and Recovery programme with the goal of meeting new regulations surrounding recovery of important business services in the event of a cyber-attack. The programme is heavily focused on technical delivery across the company working within many areas including the mainframe and private cloud.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be somebody that is familiar with managing projects within the banking sector or broader financial services sector. As the role operates within the banking sector and will be heavily focused around regulations this would be doubly beneficial.
We are searching for somebody that has experience dealing with a degree of ambiguity and somebody that is able to break issues down in a logical manner. This is due to the programme being very new and covering a wide scope.
The ideal candidate will be somebody with experience more heavily related to technical delivery aspects rather than deep business change.
This role will be a contract position inside IR35 and the programme is expected to go on for approximately 12 to 18 months.
